FOR COMPANY COMPUTERS & HOSTS
Windows client
The standard installer has two options: company enrollment with your password, or a host application with your host ID and private pairing code.
Download Windows setup ↓Version 0.2.1 · Windows 10/11 · PowerShell 5.1+ · administrator setup required
After extracting, double-click Setup.cmd.
BEN’S IDENTIFIED COMPANY THINKCENTRE
ThinkCentre setup
A package for the existing CU-TH-01 ThinkCentre. It includes standard enrollment and restricted administrator access over your existing Tailscale network.
Download ThinkCentre setup ↓For the identified company machine only. Other computers should use the standard client.
After extracting, double-click Setup-ThinkCentre.cmd.
01 / EXTRACTKeep the folder together.
Right-click the downloaded ZIP and choose Extract All. For USB setup, copy the entire extracted folder to the drive. Run the launcher from the extracted folder.
02 / CHOOSECompany or host?
Company computers use the enrollment password. Hosts enter their ID and one-use pairing code. If you don’t have an ID, the installer offers to open signup.
Get a host ID →03 / CONNECTLet the client report.
Company ownership is approved immediately. Applicants leave the machine on for a 48-hour assessment, with preliminary results after 24 hours.
Where your computer appears
Option 1 — company: your computer appears in Operations, after administrator sign-in. It does not appear in the partner host dashboard. Option 2 — partner host: sign in to the host dashboard using the account that generated your host ID. A company-owned computer cannot be switched by rerunning option 2.
Setup now recognizes an existing registration, repairs reporting and opens the correct dashboard. It shows your worker ID, ownership, RAM tier and whether the server received a heartbeat.
What the setup does
Detects RAM and hardware, assigns the supported 8 GB or 16 GB tier, and starts an outbound health-reporting task that runs again after a restart. It does not erase your disks or upload personal files. Host pairing codes and company passwords are not included in the download.
The ThinkCentre package additionally configures key-only administrator access, restricted to Ben’s management desktop over Tailscale. The standard host client does not enable remote administrator access.
Rental availability still requires a verified desktop controller, tenant isolation, sanitization and licensing. Payments and host payouts remain disabled until verified. This release has passed syntax and backend checks; the 16 GB ThinkCentre is now registered and reporting. The updated repair flow still needs its first physical run.

The Windows client above reports hardware; it does not erase Windows. Full host conversion needs a separate bootable installer.
The final conversion will erase the selected disk, including Windows, applications and files. Preparation shows the exact computer and disk, asks for a backup decision and requires an ERASE confirmation. It then produces a record for operator review.
Download conversion preparation ↓Preparation only — no disk is erased and this ZIP is not bootable. Run Prepare-Host.cmd from the extracted folder. Private boot media is prepared only after the disk identity and recovery plan are verified.
